Welcome to ZDT!

Hello! We are Zion Desert to Table, or ZDT! We were established in 2021, out of Hurricane UT. Our focus is bringing the flavors of Zion to you. We offer catering for events all the way from small elopements and weddings, to larger events and retreats. We also teach culinary classes, and aim to give you an unforgettable culinary experience with us!

Meet Mik, the owner, operator, and chef of ZDT. Mik grew up on a family farm in Southern Utah and began experimenting with local food from a young age. She describes her cooking as artisan, creative, and adventurous. Mik excels in adding her creative flair to the flavors of Zion Desert, and loves the opportunity to share her passion and home with everyone she works with.
